Please read these terms carefully before using any service on aci365. By accessing or placing a wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all provisions below.

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and aci365 ("Platform", "we", "us", "our"). These Terms govern your access to and use of the aci365 website, mobile platform, casino games, sportsbook, and all related services. Use of this platform is strictly limited to persons aged 21 years or older. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform.

aci365 operates as an online casino and sports betting platform serving adult players in Bangladesh. These Terms apply to all users regardless of their location within Bangladesh, including but not limited to players from Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Khulna, Rajshahi, Barisal, Rangpur, Mymensingh, and Cox's Bazar. These Terms may be updated periodically; continued use of aci365 following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

          aci365 is an adults-only platform. You must be at least 21 years of age to register, deposit, or wager. We reserve the right to request identity verification at any time. Accounts found to be held by persons under 21 will be closed immediately and funds may be forfeited.

👤One Account Per Player

          Each player is permitted to hold exactly one active account on aci365. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names — will result in all accounts being suspended and any bonus balances being voided.

💳Deposits & Withdrawals in BDT

          All transactions on aci365 are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit is ৳100 and the minimum withdrawal is ৳500. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit

          Any form of cheating, collusion, use of automated betting software, or exploitation of software errors is strictly prohibited. aci365 uses certified random number generation across all games. Detected violations will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances.

🔒Account Security & Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. aci365 will never ask for your password by email, phone, or chat. Any activity carried out through your account is your responsibility. Report suspected unauthorised access to our support team immediately at [email protected].

Clause 1

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the aci365 platform — including its website, mobile interface, games, and betting services — you irrevocably agree to these Terms in their entirety. These Terms form a legally binding contract. If you are accessing aci365 on behalf of another person, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that person to these Terms. aci365 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments take effect from the date of publication on the platform. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

Clause 2

Eligibility

To open and maintain an account on aci365, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

You are at least 21 years of age.
You are accessing the platform voluntarily and of your own free will.
You are not registered on any self-exclusion list operated by aci365 or any affiliated platform.
You are not acting as an agent on behalf of another person for the purpose of gambling.
You have not previously had an account terminated by aci365 for a breach of these Terms.
Gambling with real money in your jurisdiction does not constitute a criminal offence under applicable law.

aci365 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension.

Clause 3

Account Registration & Verification

When registering an account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You must promptly update your account details if any information changes. aci365 may at any time require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process, which may include submission of a government-issued photo identification document, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. aci365 may suspend deposits and withdrawals on any account pending satisfactory completion of KYC. Accounts registered with false, misleading, or incomplete information will be terminated without liability to aci365.

Clause 4

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Processing

All financial transactions on aci365 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

Minimum deposit: ৳100. Deposits are credited instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider.
Minimum withdrawal: ৳500. Withdrawals are processed to the same method used for the most recent deposit.
Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, and other methods listed at the time of transaction.
aci365 does not charge platform-side transaction fees. Third-party fees imposed by your payment provider are your responsibility.
Withdrawals are subject to identity verification. aci365 reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal if it suspects fraudulent activity, a breach of these Terms, or a pending KYC requirement.
aci365 will not process withdrawals to payment accounts not registered in your name.

Any deposits made by error should be reported to [email protected] immediately. aci365 cannot guarantee recovery of erroneous transfers once processed.

Clause 5

Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

aci365 may from time to time offer bonuses, promotional credits, free spins, cashback, and other incentives to players. The following general conditions apply to all promotions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before any associated winnings may be withdrawn.
Wagering requirements, game eligibility, minimum odds, and expiry periods are specified in the individual promotion's terms and are published on the promotions page.
Only one bonus may be active on an account at any given time unless explicitly stated otherwise.
aci365 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at its sole discretion and without prior notice.
Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, or placing contradictory bets to guarantee a profit — will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus and related winnings.
Bonuses are personal and non-transferable. They may not be exchanged for cash value unless the applicable wagering requirements have been fully met.

Clause 6

Game Rules & Betting Rules

All games offered on aci365 — including slots, live casino, crash games, and sports betting — are governed by the rules published by the respective game provider or, in the case of the sportsbook, by aci365's published betting rules. By participating in any game or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the applicable rules. aci365 reserves the right to void any bet or game result in cases of manifest error, technical malfunction, or suspected fraudulent activity. Voided bets will be refunded to the account balance at stake value. aci365 accepts no liability for losses arising from the player's misunderstanding of game rules or betting markets.

Clause 7

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on aci365 and will result in immediate account termination:

Use of automated betting systems, bots, scripts, or any software that interacts with the platform without human input.
Collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or promotion.
Exploitation of software errors, bugs, or glitches. Any winnings derived from a known or suspected software error are void.
Money laundering, fraud, or any use of the platform to conduct illegal financial transactions.
Providing false information during registration or KYC verification.
Using the platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited by local law.
Sharing account credentials or allowing any third party to access your account.

aci365 cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies and financial intelligence units and will disclose account information where required by applicable law.

Intellectual Property

All content on the aci365 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, game content, and software — is the property of aci365 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial exploitation of any platform content without the prior written consent of aci365 is strictly prohibited.

Privacy & Data Protection

aci365 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering an account, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. aci365 implements industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption, to protect your data from unauthorised access. We do not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

Clause 11

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, aci365 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform. This includes but is not limited to losses arising from technical failures, service interruptions, data loss, or errors in game results. aci365's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for any other liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Clause 12

Account Closure & Termination

You may close your account at any time by contacting aci365 support at [email protected]. Upon closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in the normal course provided all verification requirements have been met. aci365 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at its sole discretion, including where a breach of these Terms is suspected or confirmed. In cases of termination for cause, aci365 may withhold any balance subject to investigation. Where termination is not for cause, any verified balance will be returned to the player within a reasonable timeframe.

Clause 13

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of a dispute between you and aci365, you agree to contact our support team at [email protected] in the first instance to seek an informal resolution. aci365 aims to respond to all formal complaints within five (5) business days. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to binding arbitration as the exclusive means of dispute resolution. Nothing in this clause prevents aci365 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Clause 14

Amendments to These Terms

aci365 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address on file or by means of a prominent notice on the platform. Your continued use of the platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and may close your account in accordance with Clause 12.
